This guy is certainly an idiot. Probably stoned, drunk or both and too dumb to realize he’s already lost by the time the cops show up. Still, once they decided it was time to cuff him, three cops somehow can’t manage to restrain the naked guy (probably homophobically terrified of brushing up against his package), so they taze him repeatedly; including grabbing him by the hair and ramming the tazer into the base of his skull. All this while they know a hundred cameras are filming them.
Hopefully their department recognizes this clear failure to serve and protect. Assholes have rights too.
Smuggling Fail
WASHINGTON - A U.S. Border Patrol agent who tried to import rare tortoises in a box labeled “scorpions” pleaded guilty on Tuesday to animal-trafficking charges, the Justice Department said.
Again, we have a law enforcement official that isn’t smart enough to get away with anything himself. How can we expect these guys to catch criminals when actual criminals are smarter than they are? He was a Border Patrol agent that didn’t know it was illegal to import scorpions, for fuck’s sake. Whatever he ends up getting, I vote we add a public flogging.
Excuse Fail
A decorated ex-cop who claimed he tested positive for cocaine because he ingested the drug during oral sex with his girlfriend can’t have his job back, a Manhattan judge has ruled.
This guy should spend a week in the gallows in times square for being a “decorated ex cop” unable to come up with a better story than that.
Cops =/= Robbers Fail
A Conroe Police Department veteran accused of robbing a Montgomery County bank where he also worked as a security guard was released on $100,000 bail Wednesday, but with conditions.
What the fuck is going on in this country when we can’t even teach our cops how to rob banks? Seriously, 22 years on the police force and he’s dumbass enough to walk into the bank where he works as a security guard to rob it. It doesn’t even sound like he used a disguise. For sheer stupidity this one gets both a WTF and a Fail.

This one is more of a WTF than a fail, although the Fail argument could certainly be made.
